Who this policy covers
We are an India-registered business serving clients primarily in Australia, and also in India, the USA, the UK, Canada and other markets. We therefore handle personal information with regard to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and, for Australian dealings, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) including the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
What we collect
- Enquiry details you submit: name, business email, and optionally phone, company, country, budget range, timeline and your project message
- The page you enquired from and submission timestamps
- Correspondence you send us directly
We do not collect payment details through the website, sensitive personal information, or data beyond what our forms ask for.
How we use it
To review and respond to your enquiry, provide our services, meet contractual and legal obligations, and keep business records. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add enquirers to marketing lists without consent.
Cross-border processing
Your information may be processed in India or other locations where our team and processors operate. Where Australian privacy law applies to a transfer, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information consistently with the APPs. Under the DPDP Act you may have rights of access, correction, erasure and grievance redressal.
Retention and security
Enquiry records are retained while relevant to an active or potential engagement, then securely removed. We use HTTPS, server-side validation, authenticated access controls and least-privilege access.
Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or raise a concern, by emailing info@a2zrankings.com. Australian residents may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC); Indian residents may use the grievance mechanisms under the DPDP Act.
