No guaranteed outcomes

Intellectual property
On full payment, deliverables created for a client transfer to that client as set out in the engagement. Our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how remain ours, licensed to the client as needed to use the deliverables. Website content is our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access, accurate information and lawful content, and to hold any rights needed for materials they supply to us.
Australian consumer rights
